Since its foundation more than 50 years ago as a specialist journal for production professionals in large firms, brot+backwaren has focused on a spectrum of topics ranging from raw materials supply through process technology to packing and logistics.

A soundly-based, comprehensive overview of the current state of the art and of the industry is created based on practical application reports, research and development papers, market analysis and company profiles.

As the official journal of the Bakery Association (VDB), brot+backwaren reaches the technical management of around 4,000 industrial and semi-industrial manufacturing businesses in Germany, Austria and Switzerland six times a year.

baking+biscuit international

baking+biscuit international is the English language sister journal of brot+backwaren, and is also published six times a year in a print run of 5,000 copies. It provides information to readers in (non-German-speaking) Europe, Australasia, the Arabian peninsula, Africa and Latin America.

chleb+wipetschka

chleb+wipetschka is the name of the third member of f2m’s family of specialist journals, and makes the pool of information collected throughout the world accessible in the Russian language. Four times a year it reaches 4,000 production companies in Russia and the surrounding republics that supply baked products to the retail, caterers and chain store networks.
